Riana is passionate about entrepreneurship, strategy and innovation. She is the Founder/CEO of Independent Thought and Social Action International (ITSA), an education reform venture that works with school districts to implement critical thinking and youth-led social entrepreneurship in curricula. ITSA has worked across 19 cities and 11 countries. Riana also serves as an Innovation Strategy Consultant for Brightidea where she works with companies like Target, DuPont and Ecolab. Riana’s entrepreneurship work has been featured in the Huffington Post, the Women of Influence Magazine and Google’s Generation In Project. She has spoken at the United Nations, the U.S. State Department and at the International Forum on Child Welfare. Riana is the host of Venture Vignettes, a podcast series that features trailblazers in entrepreneurship, innovation and investment.
